My wife had total knee replacement at WilMed and other than a few hiccups with times for appointments for pre-op and actual arrival for surgery it was a great experience. The surgical team from RN Robin to RN Ryder yo CRNA Brianna to Dr. Frizzary to RN Julie to (of course) Dr. Yenni - WOW - what professionalism, what compassion and what understanding of older patients. Thank you one and all! I am glad we were able to have this surgery locally and we didn't listen to the nay-sayers who tried to tell us we shouldn't have it done here! I wish I could thank each member of this surgical team but (no offense) I hope I don't need to see you and need your services any time soon. I also want to thank all of the staff we encountered in our room 421. The RN's and NA's - I think I have them right - RN Kathy and NA Sandra the first day and RN Taylor and NA Kelley the second day - unfortunately I did not get the night staff's names and I apologize - talk about professional, courteous and helpful - yessirree.. And PT Frank and Student PT Abigail (and her trainer who's name I didn't get) and OT (?) - again I apologize but didn't write it down - great help and suggestions for getting better - THANK YOU!!!! And I don't want to forget our IV Nurse (?????) - I am embarrassed BUT WOW!!!!! - talk about skill and helpfulness!!! The lady who brought meal trays always had a smile and something nice to say and helpful. Also the lady who came from housekeeping couldn't have been any more courteous and professional in doing a job that few want to do. THANK YOU both for making our stay tolerable when you didn't have to. I think I have covered everyone but if I missed someone, it isn't intentional and please accept my heartfelt apology, and the thanks of an old man who tends to forget when he's tired. Finally, Ms. Zandra who brought the card by to do this review but stopped and talked and LISTENED!! Would I go to WilMed for surgery if I needed it - if I could have this team again - YOU BET

It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and professional. I had a Cardioversion due to afib. The procedure was successful and the staff, Veronica, Ty and of course Dr Chand, was wonderful.

Excellent experience at Wilson Medical Center Immediate Care. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the facility was clean, and the entire visit was very efficient. We were was in and out in less than 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed. Wilson is fortunate to have such a great resource for urgent care needs right here in our community. If you’re looking for quick, professional, and compassionate care, I highly recommend them. Five stars!

Dear Outpatient and OR Teams, My wife Helen and I want to thank each and every one of you for taking time out of your busy duties to provide the most professional care during my biopsy. I felt the lovely care from each of you. Please forgive me for not mentioning every name. To be honest, it was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. I loved the way I was introduced to the nurses and the entire OR team members by name. We want to give a special thanks to Becky (RN), Ryder (RN), Kimberly (RN), Vivian (RN), Ali (CRNA), and Dr. Brady. Please enjoy your special outpatient families. Remember: John 3:16 and Romans 10:9. I can't say enough about how wonderful Lindsey Price and Heather Baker are. They are true professionals who genuinely care about their patients. I had an issue that I discussed with two supervisors, but it remained unresolved. After speaking with Lindsey and Heather, the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. They took the time to listen, showed genuine concern for my well-being, and made me feel valued as a patient. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly exceptional. I appreciate them more than words can express and wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you, Lindsey and Heather, for going above and beyond. Your outstanding service made all the difference.

I had a total hysterectomy and everyone was sooo kind to me. Nurses Kiana, Katie, Robin and Amy were phenomenal. Dr. Almeida did a an excellent job. He assembled a top notch team to see to my surgery and my recovery. Usually I have nothing good to say about Wilson Medical Center but this time I was impressed on their professionalism and their level of care. They made feel seen and heard.

The hospital was very clean and the staff was great. We arrived at 530 am for surgery and was taken right back. Sue Ann was our pre-op nurse and she was great.The surgical team was excellent. The attending nurses that took care of me for my overnight stay Yesiana and Wendy were awesome. Quinton with the food service was great as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience considering I had to have surgery.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to RN Kristin and Provider Aydan in the Emergency Department at Wilson Medical Center for the exceptional care they provided during my visit on June 1, 2026. From the moment I arrived, both Kristin and Aydan treated me with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. What stood out most was how much they truly seemed to care about their patients and how dedicated they were to doing their jobs well. They took the time to make me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible care. Kristin was incredibly caring and attentive, and Aydan was equally compassionate and professional. Together, they made a difficult situation much easier to get through. Their positive attitudes, dedication, and commitment to patient care left a lasting impression on me. I will always be grateful for the outstanding care I received from these two individuals. They are truly among the best of the best, and Wilson Medical Center is fortunate to have them on its team. Thank you, Kristin and Aydan, for everything you did for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Labor & Delivery team I had at Wilson Medical. From the moment we arrived until the moment we went home, every doctor, nurse and staff member treated our family with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Huge shoutout to Dr Almedia and all the nurses who helped deliver my daughter. They were all truly heaven sent. This was my first birthing experience and they all kept me at ease. I will always recommend Wilson’s L&D team!

The Labor and Delivery Department/Maternity was amazing! As a first time mom I was so happy that I chose Wilson Medical to have my baby boy. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I felt so good. The nurses were amazing, doctor on call was amazing, and the entire staff were 10/10! I highly recommend Wilson Medical for having a child. I appreciate each and every one of the staff who I encountered! Thank you so much for making my stay enjoyable!
